Try a Recipe 

Tabbouleh An appetizing, healthy, colorful, and refreshing salad, made mainly of parsley and tomatoes. Tabbouleh is an easy dish to make, the hardest thing about it is finely chopping its ingredients ! 
Use fresh ingredient. 
Tabbouleh Salad
8    Cups finely chopped parsley
1    Cup finely chopped fresh
      mint
5    Large ripe beefy tomatoes
      cut into very fine cubes
5    Spring onions finely
      chopped 
1/2  Cup of dry burghul wheat 
      
(the finely ground variety) 
Juice of 2 lemons to taste 
Extra virgin olive oil 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Rinse the burghul wheat, drain and put in a big bowl. 
Add tomatoes with its juice. 
Add all other chopped ingredients and mix. 
Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.  
Mix well. Adjust seasoning.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
Serves Two. Suitable for vegetarians.

Some people prefer more burghul in their tabbouleh, others might prefer the
burghul unsoaked... Experiment to your taste. Feel free to change quantities and seasoning .
Tabbouleh is a savory dish. Be generous with the lemon juice.
