Festivals of Lebanon
In summer, Lebanon is busy with an array of cultural entertainment
performed amid historical ruins and illuminated ancient stones and
temples. The outdoor Summer
Festivals of
music and dance brings life to the ancient ruins scattered across its
land. The Ministry
of Tourism gives a general view, but we would like to link you to the
sources of the most important festivals to give you an up to the minute review of
the current program of events and the different participating groups
involved. The best known of all is the Baalbeck
Festivals held during
the months of July and August. Here international music groups perform in
the temples of Jupiter
and Bacchus.
The venue is very impressive, it really is a must to see. For details of
this year's program tickets, and prices, browse our link Baalbeck
International Festival.
